4th ANNUAL VAMPIRES BALL SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25th, 2008 6:00 PM–MIDNIGHT

No cover charge!

--All Vampires welcome!

--Irish vampires fed transfusions of Guinness! Fog machines! Animatronic monsters! Haunted portraits! Role-playing vampire actors! And so much more it's scary!

--The Fall of the House of Usher Haunted Dinner at 6:00! $25.00 a plate. One seating only!

--Reservations only! Those showing up for dinner without reservations will be staked, decapitated & forced to read every vampire book written by Anne Rice!

--Entertainment, and may even include a HYPNOTIST! The Hypnotist is TBA at this point, but let's keep our fingers and minds crossed! BELIEVE! BELIEVE! BELIEVE!

--Prizes for Scariest Costume, Funniest Costume, Sexiest Costume, Coolest Couple Costume, Best Overall Costume. Prizes include a Monster Pour of Guinness, a glass of Dracula's Blood, a tasty Godiva Chocolate Collection, a cool collection of Halloween music on CDs, a DVD collection of classic horror films, and more! EVERY WINNER RECEIVES THE INN'S HANDCRAFTED TROPHIES OF HORROR!

Flight For Life Visits Arrowhead

Flight for Life out of Durango landed in a meadow near Summer’s cabin last week picking up a patient from Arrowhead.

It is reported the person with the medical emergency is doing well now.

Conditions and Notes

Arrowhead has had colder temperatures and 3 frostings of snow, knocking off the beautiful fall leaves.

Hunters will again be out in numbers as the 1st combined elk season starts this weekend.
